EBS Automation has a policy of producing as much of a machine as possible ‘In House’ and as such we have full single site manufacturing capabilities including an experienced design team with 3D CAD software that means solid models, once created, can be sent directly(via Ethernet) to the manufacturing team. The team have at their disposal automatic milling machines with a bed size of up to 1650mm X 1350mm and a full range of traditional machines from where parts are passed to our automation team for final assembly and testing.
EBS Automation originally concentrated on the UK market, however the company has now developed a multi-national customer base and has supplied leak-test and feature check machines to Poland, USA, Spain, Turkey, Romania and the Czech Republic.

We follow a pre-defined 15 Stage project management plan that becomes the central focus of every project for both clients and the project team. Within the 15 stage plan are key milestones and markers that guarantee no surprises at the end.
