At EBS Automation Ltd we specialise in the design, manufacture and construction of Leak Test & Feature Check Machines that assist the manufacturing industry in the identification and eradication of sub-standard products, before they reach the market.
For 15 years we have been building machines that will leak test and feature check a wide variety of products from castings to filters and radiators to pumps. Clients come from a variety of sectors including the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Pharmaceutical fields.
Our vastly experienced engineers can offer a practical advice and consultancy on a range of leak test methods such as direct and in-direct pressure decay leak testing and a comprehensive range of feature checking technologies such as vision and laser systems.
Whilst EBS Automation does not use an exclusive supplier of leak test instruments, we have a 15 year association with ATEQ and through our close involvement with the company we have gained a complete understanding of their instruments and applications. The relationship with ATEQ culminated in us achieving “Business Partner” status with ATEQ in 1999 and these instruments are our first choice whenever a test instrument is not specified by the client.
